Jeanette has decided to devote her firm to practicing Family Law exclusively. Although Jeanette's background also includes criminal and civil litigation, and years as a full-time professor of Criminal Justice at California State University, Stanislaus, her passion is in assisting people with the most important facet of their lives; their families.
An officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Jeanette is currently serving as President in 2009.

A graduate of Humphrey's College, Raquel is a Certified Paralegal with over 10 years experience in family law. Raquel is also commissioned as a Notary Public with the State of California. Raquel specializes in preparing legal documents leading to the attainment of necessary court orders and the securing of desired court hearings. As the head paralegal on all cases, Raquel's work is key in maximizing case strategy and client satisfaction.
MISTY GARCIA - TRIAL PARALEGAL
A Certified Paralegal, Misty, has over 10 years working experience in family law. Misty is a graduate of Humphrey's College, and is a commissioned Notary Public with the State of California. Misty's work-focus is on discovery and trial preparation for those cases where complexities or contentiousness require intensive research, subpoenas, and aggressive advocacy in litigation.
